Stand on paper, mark heel and longest toe, measure in millimeters, then add 5-10 mm for comfort.
Conversion reference
US men's 8 is about 260 mm, 9 about 270 mm, 10 about 280 mm. US women's 6 is about 230 mm, 7 about 240 mm, 8 about 250 mm.
