Tour merch in Korea is often sold at a physical booth at the venue and, sometimes, nowhere else. Online restocks happen but are unreliable and frequently exclude the popular sizes. If you want the tour shirt from a Seoul date, the realistic path is having someone stand in that line, and that has its own rules.
Venue booths versus online drops
Most Korean tours open a booth at the venue one to two days before the first show, with sales running from morning until the concert starts. A parallel online sale usually opens the same week but carries a smaller selection and sells out in minutes. Assume anything described as a venue exclusive will never be listed online.
What booth buying involves
Popular booths form queues three to six hours before opening, and purchase limits of one to three units per person per item are standard. Payment is domestic card or cash. Booths frequently sell out of lightsticks and hoodies within the first two hours, while photo sets and small keyrings last longer. A request for a booth purchase needs a priority list, not a single item.
Sizing and the resale trap
Korean tour apparel runs small by US standards, and a Korean large is often closer to a US medium. Because booth stock skews toward mid sizes, the resale market for larger sizes is thin and expensive. If you need an XL, saying so early matters more than the color you want. Measure a shirt you already own in centimeters and compare it against the tour listing, since brand-to-brand variation in Korean apparel is wide enough that a size label alone tells you very little.
Shipping a merch haul home
A hoodie, a shirt and a tote together weigh about 1.6 to 2.2 kg boxed, which is roughly 30 to 40 USD of air shipping on its own. If you have albums or other purchases pending, holding the merch and combining it into one box is usually worth the extra week of waiting.

Within the posted per-person limits, yes. Limits are enforced at the register, so a large order may simply not be possible on a single visit.
Do venue exclusives ever restock?
Occasionally after the tour ends, in a small online clearance. It is not something to plan around, and clearance stock rarely includes the sold-out sizes.
How fast do I need to decide?
Booth requests need to be locked in before the queue forms, so a day or two ahead of the show date. Same-day requests usually arrive after the popular items are gone.
